 We’re based in Parramatta and support Greater Sydney and surrounds. If you’re outside these areas, get in touch-if we can’t help directly, we’ll try to recommend options.

 Personal care, daily living, household tasks, community access, transport, life skills, employment access, shared living, innovative participation, group/centre programs and SDA pathways (within our registration scope).

 Yes. We consider your preferences for skills, language, culture and availability and do our best to provide consistent staff.

 Yes. Registration ID: 4-L237U60. We operate to the NDIS Practice Standards and follow the NDIS Code of Conduct.

 Yes. We use the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits. We’ll explain rates clearly in your Service Agreement before supports start.

 Contact us with your goals, preferred days/times and plan details. We’ll confirm fit, prepare a Service Agreement and start date, then match you with suitable workers.

 Yes-subject to staff availability and your plan. Public holiday rates apply per the NDIS price guide.

 We follow NDIS cancellation rules. Your Service Agreement sets out notice periods and any charges if a shift is cancelled late.

 Yes. We offer door-to-door transport and travel training. Where applicable, travel time and kilometres are billed as per NDIS rules.

 We can guide you on SDA pathways-eligibility, documentation, property search and tenancy supports. Availability depends on funding and property supply.

 Yes. All workers hold required checks (including NDIS Worker Screening) and complete ongoing training such as manual handling, infection control and medication support.

 We’re committed to culturally safe, person-centred practice. Tell us your preferences-we’ll accommodate them wherever possible.

 We manage personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles. Details are outlined in our Privacy Policy and your Service Agreement.

Absolutely. With your consent, we collaborate with coordinators, therapists and carers to keep supports aligned to your goals.
