Home Care Assistance

Keep home life running smoothly with practical help delivered your way.
Support may include:

  • General cleaning, laundry and linen changes
  • Tidying, dishes and pantry/fridge organisation
  • Basic yard/outer area tidy and bin assistance (as per plan)
  • Shopping support and meal prep
  • Home safety prompts (e.g., clutter, trip hazards)
  • Respite and short-term supports for carers


Great for: Building independence and maintaining a safe, comfortable home (0120, 0115).

Community Access & Participation

Stay active and connected with the right level of support.

  • Supported outings to appointments, classes and events

  • Hobbies, sport and recreation programs

  • Volunteering and interest-based groups

  • Social skill building and confidence in new places

Programs may cover:

  • Budgeting, shopping and money handling

  • Digital literacy: using phones, apps and online services

  • Travel training, road safety and journey planning

  • Job readiness and soft-skills for work or volunteering

Travel & Transport Assistance

Get where you need to be-safely and on time.
How we help:

  • Door-to-door transport for appointments, study, work and activities

  • Support worker accompaniment as required

  • Public transport familiarisation and route planning

  • Regular or one-off bookings, including after-hours by arrangement

Great for: Safe travel and increasing independence with transport (0108).

Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Navigate your SDA pathway with clear guidance and compassionate support.

What we offer:

  • SDA eligibility and documentation support

  • Property search, inspections and matching to needs

  • Move-in planning, orientation and tenancy support

  • Coordination with SIL and allied supports where required
