The Heart Behind the
Practice

Hola! I’m Leticia, from Uruguay, where I grew up on a farm in a large family, playing music and enjoying a rich Spanish and Italian cooking heritage. I moved from the countryside to the city to study at university and work in roles from events coordination to finances in multinational companies.

My travels led me to India and Sri Lanka where I discovered yoga and sound healing, blending my musical roots with the healing power of movement and vibration. Later, I studied Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, deepening my understanding of the body and learning how to adapt my teaching to support each student’s alignment. I’m now embarking on a career in counselling, as I believe true healing begins deep within the mind and the spirit.
