FUN Enviro Program

FUN Enviro Program

The FUN Enviro Program at Fundamentals Early Learning Centres is designed to instill eco-conscious values in young children through engaging and hands-on learning experiences. We teach children key strategies on water and waste management, energy conservation, and how to embrace sustainable living practices. Our food and consumable supply chains are carefully selected to be eco-friendly, ensuring that every aspect of our operation reflects our commitment to the planet.

We actively promote recycling and upcycling by incorporating these practices into daily activities, allowing children to understand the importance of reducing waste. Our community garden is a cornerstone of this program, where children participate in growing fresh produce and connect with nature. This is further enhanced by our worm and compost farms, which naturally enrich the soil and provide a sustainable way of managing waste.

Our program is also supported by our proud partnership with Taronga Zoo. We share their commitment to environmental preservation and animal conservation, and have adopted a Koala as part of our long-term dedication to protecting wildlife. Through this partnership, we aim to foster a sense of responsibility in children for both the environment and its creatures, reinforcing the value of sustainability and preservation in a way that is both educational and inspiring.
