Once confirmed by us please return them immediately and we will deliver a new item to you. Please also retain original packaging for any items damaged in transit as the delivery service will normally inspect damaged shipments.<\/p><p><em><strong>*Please note all made to order sized screens are not eligible for return. However any screens that are incorrectly ordered too big, these can be cut down to size which will incur a separate fee. Therefore any screens that are ordered too small, these screens cannot be added to and therefore not eligible for return or adjustment*.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>We would advise you to send return items by a registered\/insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for losses while in return transit.
