Additions to and expansion of semiconductor plant capacity with scopes in the base build, process lateral and production tool systems. Installation included six MV primary substations feeding various parts of the plant, installation of all I&C, LSS, TGMS, and telecommunications, as well as lighting, branch power and feeders. Work areas varied from Central Utility Buildings and sub-fabrication process areas to ISO Class 5 clean room manufacturing. Executed under an IFOA contract structure, with significant applications of last planner and 5S lean construction principles.<\/p>

GLOBALFOUNDRIES ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING \u2022 MALTA, NY<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

The work on this project involved installing power distribution, branch circuits, lighting, and cable tray systems for a new office administration facility. This is a very fast track schedule consisting of a project manager, general foreman, five foreman, safety director and 40 electricians. We are also managing several other smaller contracts at the main chip Fab Plant facility for M&W Products installing all their variable frequency drives, feeder conduits & motor terminations, etc.<\/p>
