New Mixed-Use building containing five floors of office shell and a Tier III Data Center on the first floor. Separate chiller plant and generator buildings included in the Scope of Work. Construction included the electrical distribution, fire alarm, communications, and security, all integrated into the existing campus systems. Additional scopes included multiple fit outs of shell spaces. 100,000+ man-hours worked with no lost time injuries.<\/p>
