Expansion of cement plant capacity with an entire new production line. Installation included six MV primary substations feeding various parts of the plant, installation of all controls, lighting, communications, branch wire and feeders.\u00a0 Initial contract completed in 12 months, with residual work continuing during plant commissioning. 180,000-man hours worked with no lost time injuries.<\/p>
