PEROXYCHEM \u2022 SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY<\/strong><\/h5><\/div>

Installation of electrical, fire alarm, communications and controls in a new high purity H2O2 filtration plant. Design build construction included two process rooms, tank farm, 500 sq ft ISO class 3 clean room, as well as a loading bay for transport. 15,000+ man- hours with no lost time injuries.<\/p>

    The work on this project consisted of installing conduit, wire, and motor control centers throughout the new facility. We also installed all conduit and wiring for power to the equipment, interconnect wiring and controls for multiple manufacturing lines. The work consisted of all types of wiring and conduit methods from EMT and rigid to most of the manufacturing being stainless steel conduit and fittings. The total project was completed with most of the work finished in 3 months.<\/p>

      Gross Electric, Inc. has performed multiple jobs over the past years. We have performed work from general maintenance to new building electrical systems to include power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, phone and fiber installation, to complete machine installs. Many of the projects were done with tight schedules working with multiple trades, multiple shifts, and seven days a week.<\/p>
