Service Communications<\/h2>

When you provide an email address or telephone number, you authorize JC Designs to respond to your enquiry and send communications reasonably related to requested services, scheduling, estimates, proposals, active projects, payments, safety, support, or business records. Message and data rates may apply. Email and text transmission are not guaranteed to be secure or error-free.<\/p>

Marketing Email<\/h2>

Where permitted by law, we may send commercial email about services, portfolio updates, or promotions. Marketing messages will provide a reasonable unsubscribe method. We will process valid opt-out requests within the period required by law. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional or relationship messages.<\/p>

Calls and Text Messages<\/h2>

If you separately consent to marketing calls or texts, consent is not a condition of purchasing services. The frequency of messages may vary.
