You can review all personalization requests at checkout before you enter payment. We will personalize EXACTLY how you type in the request. All personalization we do is permanent and cannot be redone or removed from a product. Because of this, we cannot issue replacements for typos or mistakes on the customer\u2019s end.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><div><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">If a personalization mistake is made on our end,\u00a0we\u2019ll\u00a0gladly issue a complimentary replacement.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><\/div><div><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Please inspect your order\u00a0immediately\u00a0upon delivery and contact us if there is damage or incorrect personalization.
