In his real estate practice, Mr. Murray represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers in both residential and commercial property transactions. His work includes negotiating contracts, reviewing financing arrangements, examining title commitments, and guiding transactions through closing.<\/p>

Mr. Murray also assists clients with business matters including business formation, contract negotiations, and the purchase or sale of businesses. His practice includes advising entrepreneurs and established businesses on corporate structure and transactional matters.<\/p>

In addition, Mr. Murray provides estate planning services including the preparation of wills and trusts and representation in probate and estate administration proceedings.<\/p>
