With over 15 years of experience in the facilities and utilities industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the leading names in facilities management, including CBRE, JLL, and EMCOR. Drawing on the best practices and insights gained throughout my career, I founded PREACT FM Ltd, a family-run business, that is now experiencing rapid growth.

A PRINCE2 Practitioner with over ten years of experience in the construction and engineering sectors. I began my career at Kier Construction, a multi-million-pound construction, mechanical and electrical services group, where I held roles as Project Management Assistant and Document Controller.
I then joined Constructionline, overseeing a critical office relocation and startup project as the company transitioned to an independent entity following its separation from Capita.
Building on this foundation, I went on to deliver global telecommunications projects for high-profile clients including Walt Disney, Heidelberg Materials
and Cisco.
Most recently, I worked at AWE (Atomic Weapons Establishment), where I managed experimental testing projects to support the trials and test capability for nuclear weapons performance and effects analysis.
Over thirty years of industry experience, primarily in a Contracts Manager role. Renowned for his expertise in managing complex operations across engineering, asset management, workplace moves and subcontractor coordination.
Fifteen years experience in PPM and reactive maintenance management, leading a team of fourteen engineers across a broad and varied estate for both M&E, fabric and building works.
Managed a five year contract delivering maintenance services and projects in relation to HMO’s (Housing in multiple occupation)/TMOs (tenant management organization) and housing/student accommodations.
Eighteen years of experience in office management, credit risk control and business operations.
CICM qualification (Chartered Institute of Credit Management), a UK-based professional body involving credit management, collections and related fields.
Successfully project managed the software role out of ‘Evolve’ for SSE, ensuring smooth implementation, stakeholder alignment and minimal disruption to business operations.
