​Additionally, PREACT FM offer a project monitoring service, this is where our clients prefer to direct their own project, but require our supervision to ensure that their sub-contractors are working safely and delivering to scope and quality criteria.

Reactive Maintenance

Reactive maintenance is a viable option for businesses that may experience inconvenience due to a breakdown but are not at risk of being threatened. PREACT FM will only send a suitable engineer when a breakdown occurs.

This approach is cost-effective as it is based on the belief that costs incurred during asset downtime or due to necessary repairs are typically lower than those of maintaining an overall maintenance program.  We ensure that a suitable tradesman will be dispatched to your site promptly to rectify the issue and restore your business operations.

Asset Management 

PREACT FM offer an Asset Management solution to assist you in strategically managing, maintaining, and enhancing your facility's physical assets and infrastructure. Extending the operational lifetime of infrastructure assets is an important activity in the drive to net carbon zero. Our Asset Management solution supports the work of refurbishing and re-using assets versus replacing assets. 

Our comprehensive asset survey will meticulously record and detail all assets within your space and provide you with a detailed report that categorises your assets by status.  We will then propose critical or optional servicing intervals for you to consider, under no obligation to take these servicing agreements with PREACT FM. 

Our solution can help you lower operating costs and increase asset longevity, accurately predict when capital replacements will be required and reduce risk of asset failure, creating a highly functional space that is safe, sustainable, and presentable.

Compliance

Total Facilities Management (TFM)

Unexpected issues can disrupt your business. PREACT FM can identify, assess and proactively manage such risks  and undertake planned, preventative maintenance (PPM) to mitigate any business disruption or serious, costly repairs or replacements to the assets in your space. Normally, preventative service and maintenance contracts are agreed for a 2 or 3-year term with planned visits scheduled for each year to service your plant and equipment.

Non-critical or 'reactive' maintenance is appropriate when your business will be discomforted by a breakdown but it will not 'threaten' your business. Under these circumstances, our service engineers will only attend when a breakdown occurs. Other options to consider for your TFM package is whether you would benefit from a full/or part time engineer based on your site. PREACT FM can tailor a TFM package to suit the needs of your business and the requirements of your space. This unique combination ensures complete peace of mind for our clients.
