roof materials had deteriorated, leading to water ingress, thermal inefficiency, and increased maintenance costs.\n\nThis project involved removing the existing roof covering, repairing underlying structural elements, and installing a new roofing system designed to meet modern performance standards while respecting the building\u2019s historical character.\n\nThe works were carried out in close coordination with conservation specialists to ensure that all interventions were sympathetic to the building\u2019s heritage.\n\nSustainability and long-term resilience were key priorities, with new insulation and materials selected to reduce energy consumption and enhance durability. The objective was to ensure that all furniture and specialist products met the functional, aesthetic, and sustainability standards required by a modern university environment.\n\nhe role included engaging with stakeholders to define needs, developing detailed FF&amp;E schedules, sourcing and procuring items, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and overseeing delivery and installation.
