At RAPT Performance our adult training sessions are designed to help you move better, be stronger, and feel better every day. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, each class is fully modifiable to meet you where you are at.
Our community will challenge, support, and motivate you to keep pushing forward, both in and out of the gym. Adult Performance groups are open to new members year-round, based on space availability.
Our Sports Performance Training is built for middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes who want to move better, get stronger, and feel more powerful. Our goal is to get our RAPTletes to train smarter than your competition.
Each program is structured around the athletic calendar, aligning with off-season, pre-season, and in-season training needs. Mid-session enrollments are welcome, and all sessions are tailored to the athlete’s age, sport, and experience level.
If you have specific goals or need a flexible schedule, our 1-on-1 Personal Training programs are the right fit for you. At RAPT, we will design an individualized training plan based on your goals, schedule, training age and will be there to guide, motivate, and keep
you accountable every step of the way. Whether you’re returning from injury, building a foundation, or chasing peak performance, we’ll help you get there both safely and effectively.
