Tessa Ipp is an experienced therapist in Bondi Junction, Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, and a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist. She is known for her warm, gentle, and intuitive approach that harnesses the natural healing capacity of the mind and body. She draws on a wide range of disciplines, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Hakomi therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, PACT Institute Psychobiological approach to couples therapy, and the Havening Technique.<\/p>\n

These holistic approaches have enabled Tessa to help many individuals and families resolve their mental health issues since commencing her career in 2000.\u00a0 Tessa is inspired by looking through the lens of the social engagement part of the brain to create a connection with you and with yourself. \u00a0As it is through the therapeutic alliance that she has a remarkable ability to pinpoint the underlying problem, and guide people on a healing journey.\u00a0 Tessa is a catalyst for positive growth and transformation, and helps people develop their potential.<\/p>\n\n

SYDNEY PSYCHOTHERAPIST<\/h2>\n

Tessa holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Sydney and is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers.\u00a0\u00a0Tessa is also a member of the Hakomi Australia Association\u00a0 as a graduate from Hakomi Psychotherapy, and is a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist from the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute.\u00a0 Tessa maintains her professional and personal development with attending workshops, obtaining supervision from trainers in Sensorimotor and Internal Family Systems Therapy, and enjoys a daily meditation practice.\u00a0 New clients are welcome and Medicare rebates are available. Both in person and Telehealth Zoom sessions are available.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
