Valerie founded Mirror & I Salon as a space where transparency, autonomy, and inclusion are more than just words.
Outside the salon, Valerie is an actor, writer, and creative spirit. Whether she’s onstage, working on her next novel, or adding to her IMDb credits, she’s always creating.

Catie’s journey began with childhood braiding and styling for fun, but her passion led her from the University of Texas to Avenue Five Institute. Originally aiming to be a nail artist, she fell in love with hairstyling and now brings talent in both hair and nails to her guests.
When she’s not behind the chair, she’s loving on animals and catching up on reality TV.

With over 20 years in the industry, Sylvia’s experience includes running the salon at Tamaya Resorts and Casinos in New Mexico. She continually seeks out new techniques and trends to provide the best care for her clients.
Currently based in Round Rock, TX, Sylvia is grateful to continue building lasting client relationships.
Sylvia is an independent artist and is not taking new salon guests at this time.

Chloe’s creativity started in art, ceramics, and sculpture before discovering her love for hairstyling. Now a student at Central Texas Beauty College, she supports the salon on weekends while honing her skills. Her dedication and passion for the beauty industry make her one to watch.

Rosemary has been styling hair since she was 12 and officially joined the professional world in 2021. She loves creating vivid colors and helping clients feel like the truest version of themselves.
Outside of the salon, she works as a psychic medium, makes jewelry for local markets, and spends time with loved ones.
