Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations or no-shows are subject to being charged a booking fee.

All children 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by a guardian during their consultation or hair service.

Service animals and/or emotional support animals are allowed on a leash in the salon.

Our salon is mask optional. If you wear a mask, your stylist will wear a mask upon request.

We value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session to maintain the quality and flow of our services. Thank you for understanding and helping us stay on schedule.
