Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager<\/strong> to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lead and manage projects across their entire lifecycle \u2013 from planning through execution to closure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure resources are allocated effectively and all project milestones are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Foster strong working relationships with clients, team members, and cross-functional departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Minimum of 5\u201310 years<\/strong> of experience in project management across any industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong organizational, problem-solving,<\/strong> and decision-making skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Fluent in French, Dutch,<\/strong> and English<\/strong> \u2013 both written and spoken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Qualifications:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 PMP, PRINCE2,<\/strong> or Agile\/Scrum certification<\/strong> is a strong asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in client-facing roles or managing external stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
