and protected when welcoming a new puppy into their home. Our guarantee outlines your rights, our
responsibilities, and the high standards we uphold for every dog in our care.

Our Health & Welfare Promise

Your puppy’s wellbeing is our top priority.

Every puppy is:

  • Vet checked, vaccinated, and microchipped between 6–8 weeks of age
  • Vet checked again at the time of de-sexing
  • Weaned and fully self-sufficient before leaving our care
  • Free from external parasites and treated for internal parasites
  • Never sold younger than 8 weeks

You will also receive comprehensive literature on:

  • Feeding
  • De-sexing
  • Parasite control
  • Housing
  • Health & emergency care
  • Responsible pet ownership
  • Local council registration requirements

Our Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you encounter a concern, please inform us immediately.

We are committed to resolving issues respectfully and transparently.

3-Day Return (Without Vet Statement)

If you choose to return your puppy/dog within 3 days of purchase for any reason not supported by a veterinary statement:

  • We will take back the puppy/dog
  • You will receive 75% of the purchase price refunded
21-Day Return (With Vet Statement)

If a veterinary practitioner states that the puppy/dog is unacceptable for health reasons within 21 days of sale:

  • We will take back the puppy/dog
  • You will receive a 100% refund

3-Year Health Guarantee

If your puppy/dog is diagnosed with, suffering from, dies of, or is euthanised due to a physical defect or hereditary disease traceable to us within 3 years of purchase:

  • We will refund 100% of the purchase price
  • Must be supported by a veterinary practitioner’s documentation (including test results where applicable)
Important Notes
  • We cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses caused by the purchaser once the puppy is in their care.
  • All guarantees apply only with proper veterinary documentation, where required.
