For regular shirts, pants, jeans, blouses, dress, suits, leather/suede jackets, sweaters, winter or light jackets and other daily wears, if you bring it before 9 AM, these garments will be ready after 5 PM same day. All the household items, e.g. comforters, tableclothes, bedsheets, table runners, curtains and cushions will take 3 to 5 business days.

Yes, we provide professional alteration services to our customers.
We use different yet commercially approved chemicals to spot treat for those stains that did not come out of regular wash or laundry or dry cleaning cycle with no additional charges.. If the stain is harsh and spot treatment could cause material damages e.g. tear or disclororations, then we will send the clothes with sorry tag notifying that efforts to remove stains are taken but we will not damage the clothes in the process.
