In his real estate practice, Mr. Murray represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers in both residential and commercial property transactions. His work includes negotiating contracts, reviewing financing arrangements, examining title commitments, and guiding transactions through closing.
Mr. Murray also assists clients with business matters including business formation, contract negotiations, and the purchase or sale of businesses. His practice includes advising entrepreneurs and established businesses on corporate structure and transactional matters.
In addition, Mr. Murray provides estate planning services including the preparation of wills and trusts and representation in probate and estate administration proceedings.

Jacqueline Phillips Murray is a member of the firm whose practice focuses on land use and zoning law, environmental compliance, and real estate transactions. She is widely recognized for her work involving telecommunications infrastructure and renewable energy development.
Ms. Murray has extensive experience securing environmental permits for wireless telecommunications networks, public safety radio systems, solar energy projects, wind energy projects, and battery energy storage facilities. Her work frequently involves navigating complex regulatory frameworks at the local, state, and federal levels.
She regularly assists developers, infrastructure companies, and public agencies with environmental review processes, including the preparation and review of environmental impact statements, visual impact studies, stormwater management plans, and traffic impact analyses.
Ms. Murray has also represented clients in litigation involving zoning decisions, land use approvals, and environmental regulatory matters. She has successfully defended municipal permits and approvals, and has also challenged wrongful permit denials when necessary.

I also serve as the firm’s bookkeeper, helping keep our day-to-day financial operations running smoothly.
