The Heart Behind The
Practice

The Regeneration Center, “Where Science Meets the Soul,” was created from a deep desire to share a more grounded and trustworthy approach to spirituality, emotional healing, and energy work.

After experiencing an abusive relationship, a difficult childhood, and chronic gut issues, Ana began a spiritual journey that completely changed the direction of her life and work. What started as a search for healing her health evolved into years of dedicated study in nutrition, spirituality, women’s health, and the mind-body connection.

Today, Ana offers a private 1:1 program for women seeking deeper emotional healing, inner connection, and a more nourishing relationship with themselves. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition (cum laude), has pursued extensive training in holistic healing modalities, and has been featured in two BBC News documentaries.
