Pre-Employment Programs in Partnership with Employers
Our Pre-Employment Programs, developed with our employer partners, provide participants with practical skills and life training while directly linking to employment opportunities upon completion. Programs run from 2 to 4 weeks, covering employment readiness and personal development, including money management, goal setting, language and literacy, and exposure to workplace training and environments. Entry is limited to participants who meet program requirements, ensuring a strong pathway to meaningful employment.
Employment Foundations Program
Our 3-day Employment Foundations Program is designed for individuals preparing to enter the workforce and seeking support with essential employability skills. Participants gain practical training in cover letter and resume writing, interview preparation, workplace readiness, career pathway exploration, and exposure to potential employers—equipping them for a successful transition into employment.
