The Employment Foundations Program (EFP) is designed to build confidence, capability, and connection for individuals preparing to enter or re-engage with the workforce. Hosted by Upskill Global, the EFP focuses on the essential foundations of employment — helping participants identify their goals, overcome barriers, and develop the practical skills needed to succeed in today’s job market. Through a culturally safe and supportive learning environment, participants gain:
