Project Architect. Full Design Development, Working documentation, coodination with relevant consultants and authorities. Obtained Building Permit. Partial Contract Administration assisting Builder’s RFI and monthly Architect’s inspection.Â
To assist with the client’s request, during Working Documentation stage, this project involved with 2 re-design and documentation to explore option of Disability Unit, Modular Pod system and Full Interior designed package.Â
Also proposed alternative design and sequences of construction during construction in response to power autohority requirement onsite.Â
