Monash University Pharmacy Pavilion – Outdoor Pavilion

Outdoor seating area connecting Cafe and indignious  landscape garden. 

Project Architect. Working documentation, coodination with relevant  consultants and authorities. Obtained Building Permit. Partial Contract  Administration assisting Builder’s RFI. 

Building completed in year 2023  

49 Johnson Street, Reservoir – Mix-Used Multi-residential

2 blocks of 5-storey + 2 levels Basement, 64 nuit apartment  with 4 Retails on Ground and 83 carparking in Basement. 

Project Architect. Full Design Development, Working documentation,  coodination with relevant consultants and authorities. Obtained Building  Permit. Partial Contract Administration assisting Builder’s RFI and  monthly Architect’s inspection. 

To assist with the client’s request, during Working Documentation stage,  this project involved with 2 re-design and documentation to explore  option of Disability Unit, Modular Pod system and Full Interior designed package. 

Also proposed alternative design and sequences of construction during  construction in response to power autohority requirement onsite. 

Building completed in year 2022  

326 Settlement Road, Thomastown – Warehouses

76 Units Warehouses development. 

Project Architect. Working documentation, coodination with relevant  consultants and authorities. Obtained Building Permit. Partial Contract  Administration assisting Builder’s RFI. 

Building completed in year 2011  

55-57 Brown Street, Heidelbergh – Townhouses

11 Units 3 storey Townhouses. 

Project Architect. Working documentation, coodination with relevant  consultants and authorities. Obtained Building Permit. Partial Contract  Administration assisting Builder’s RFI. 

Building completed in year 2017  

3 Gold Court, Deer Park – Religious Building

2 buildings. 1X4storey Admin Building and 1xAssembly  hall building 

Partial Working documentation, coodination with relevant consultants  and authorities. Obtained Building Permit. 

Construction commenced in 2025 still on-going. 

240 High Street, Thomastown - Mix-Used Multi-residential

2 buildings. 5Xstorey+2 Basement. 74 units Apartment + 6  Retails on Ground level and 2 Levels Basement carparking. 

Project Architect. Full Design Development documentation, partial  initial stage of working documentation, coodination with relevant  consultants, interior designer and authorities.  

Building completed in year 2026. 

66 Nancarrow Drive, Doreen – Double Storey Single Dwelling

Double Storey Single Dwelling. 

Full Working documentation, coodination with relevant consultants and  authorities. Obtained Building Permit.  

Building completed in year 2024 

8 Findon Street, Hawthorn – Luxury Single Dwelling

Luxury 3-Storey Single Dwelling. 

Project Architect. Working documentation, coodination with relevant  consultants and authorities of Report & Consent, neigbour’s objections.  Minor redesigning to compliances and obtained Building Permit.  

Building completed in year 2026  

189 Rathmines Street, Fairfield - Townhouses Subdivision

4 x Double storey Townhouse subdivision with small  portion of existing heritage building to be retained.  

Project Architect. Full Design Development, Working documentation,  coodination with relevant consultants, authorities, Operator’s standards  requirement and obtained Building Permit.  

Building completed in year 2023 Â
