Townhouses. 2 x 3-bedroom, 1×2-bedroom reverse living Townhouses.

The Client approach with a 10-year old proposal that had refused
Planning Permit application and rejected after VCAT appeal.

Design, documentation, coodination with Authorities. Obtained
Council’s NOD for Planning Permit.

31 Station Road, Deer Park - 9-Room Rooming House.

Class 1b 9-room Rooming House.

Design, documentation, coodination with relevant consultants and
Authorities. Obtained Building Permit. Construction commencing in
July 2026.

1 Amherst Road, Canning Vale, WA – Child Care + Religious Building

3-Storey Child Care + Church Building. 

Working documentation, coodination with relevant consultants,  authorities, Operator’s standards requirement and obtained Building  Permit.  

Construction is on-going in July 2026  

189 Rathmines Street, Fairfield - Townhouses Subdivision

4 x Double storey Townhouse subdivision with small  portion of existing heritage building to be retained.  

Project Architect. Full Design Development, Working documentation,  coodination with relevant consultants, authorities, Operator’s standards  requirement and obtained Building Permit.  

Building completed in year 2023  

66 Nancarrow Drive, Doreen – Double Storey Single Dwelling

Double Storey Single Dwelling. 

Full Working documentation, coodination with relevant consultants and  authorities. Obtained Building Permit.  

Building completed in year 2024 

49 Johnson Street, Reservoir – Mix-Used Multi-residential

2 blocks of 5-storey + 2 levels Basement, 64 nuit apartment  with 4 Retails on Ground and 83 carparking in Basement. 

Project Architect. Full Design Development, Working documentation,  coodination with relevant consultants and authorities. Obtained Building  Permit. Partial Contract Administration assisting Builder’s RFI and  monthly Architect’s inspection. 

To assist with the client’s request, during Working Documentation stage,  this project involved with 2 re-design and documentation to explore  option of Disability Unit, Modular Pod system and Full Interior designed package. 

Also proposed alternative design and sequences of construction during  construction in response to power autohority requirement onsite. 

Building completed in year 2022  

254 Darebin Road, Fairfield – Convertion of Exisitng dwelling to Dental Clinic.

Single storey existing dwelling converting into a 4  consultatns rooms Dental clinic. 

Working documentation, coodination with relevant consultants,  authorities, Operator’s standards requirement and obtained Building  Permit.  

Building completed in year 2014

Monash University Pharmacy Pavilion – Outdoor Pavilion

Outdoor seating area connecting Cafe and indignious  landscape garden. 

Project Architect. Working documentation, coodination with relevant  consultants and authorities. Obtained Building Permit. Partial Contract  Administration assisting Builder’s RFI.
