Description: Two buildings (5 storeys + 2 basement levels), 64 apartments, 4 retail
tenancies, and 83 car spaces.
Role: Project Architect

Scope:
• Full design development and documentation
• Consultant and authority coordination
• Contract administration and site inspections
• Multiple redesign phases (disability units, modular systems, full interior
packages)
• Construction sequencing redesign due to authority requirements
